National Prayer Breakfast for Scotland 2025

It is with great delight that we are able to announce the date for this key national event for 2025, to be held once again in Prestonfield House, Edinburgh. We are pleased to intimate our keynote speaker: Pete Greig.
Pete is the bewildered founder of the 24-7 Prayer movement which has spread into more than a hundred nations. He is also a Director of Waverley Abbey and is Senior Pastor of Emmaus Rd Church in England. Pete co-hosts the Lectio365 daily devotional, serves as an Ambassador for the NGO Tearfund, and is a member of The Order of the Mustard Seed. His best-selling books include Red Moon Rising, God on Mute and How to Pray: A Simple Guide for Normal People.
We will release more information on the 2025 event as it becomes available. In the meantime, please save the date in your diary (Wednesday 11 June, 2025).

Following last year’s in-person event, which was sold out and had the highest numbers of attendees ever, we returned to Prestonfield House, Edinburgh.
As in previous years, MSPs along with other national leaders from the public sector, business, sport and academia were joined by church leaders and members for this important moment in the national calendar.
